Long Hiver

March 05, 2013

Hang in there, friends. Winter is almost over. The only cure for the winter-time blues is a lot of great music.

Saturday, April 6th, The Snow is extremely pleased to play at THE LIVING ROOM. We had to cancel a previous show there in March because the french horn section got a sudden case of the Fez crinkles, but everyone is healthy again, so the show must go on! This is an early one, 7PM, so come hear great music before your night of revelry in the cool city.

Sunday, April 7th, Bad Reputation plays JALOPY THEATER in Red Hook, with those rascally masters of French chanson, Les Chauds Lapins. Honestly folks, you just can't afford to miss this fantastic night of cultural titilation. Bring your sweetheart.

And if that weren't enough, you get some mid-90's indie rock in the bargain! Thursday April 25th, it's the return of alterna-pop legends Morning Glories at the BELL HOUSE. Pierre on bass, K-sav on drums, and none other than C Gibbs on vocals and love-axe. Really, you need to be there. With Babe the Blue Ox, Ida, and Very Pleasant Neighbor.
